In the checkout page you will be able to calculate the shipping fees by indicating the shipping address.

If you create an account with us, you will be able to easily buy in future occasions as well as you can keep track of all your orders.

B) Email If you prefer you can order by e-mail (sales@piupiuchick.com). You only need to indicate the name and the size of the items you want. We will reply to you by indicating the stock availability as well as payment instructions.

After you send your order, you have 5 days to make the payment. After 5 days your order will be cancelled.

B) Email Se preferir, pode fazer a encomenda por email (sales@piupiuchick.com). Indique os produtos e os tamanhos que desejaria e nós respondemos indicando a existência (ou não) em stock, bem como todas as instruções de compra, pagamento e entrega.

Guardamos as encomendas recebidas pelo site, por Facebook ou por Email durante 5 dias. A partir desse prazo a sua encomenda será cancelada.

Your order is registered and depending on the size, may not enter the post box. Therefore, we suggest you indicate a shipping address were it is more likely to have somebody available to receive it (your office for example).

Os portes de envio indicados em cima cobrem os custos de acondicionamento e de transporte da sua encomenda. Este custo só será cobrado 1 vez por encomenda, mesmo que a sua encomenda tenha vários items e seja enviada em mais do que uma parcela.

Nota Importante: Dependendo do País de recepção, a encomenda poderá ser alvo de custos de alfândega e de importação. A Piupiuchick não se responsabiliza por esses custos uma vez que não está em posição de os determinar. A forma e o método de cálculo varia de País para País. Para mais informações contacte as autoridades alfandegárias do seu País.

A sua encomenda é enviada registada e dependendo do seu tamanho, poderá não caber na sua caixa do correio. Para facilitar a entrega, aconselhamos a indicar um endereço onde mais facilmente esteja alguém para a receber.

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t – perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you – we’ll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund.

You have up to 15 days to exchange or return items purchased online, in perfect and non-used conditions.

The shipment cost of return is supported by the client. Please send us an email to sales@piupiuchick.com if you want to exchange for other sizes or items so we can help you with the right sizes and by holding the items you want to change for.

Then please print the return/exchange form and send it together with the items you want to return to the following address:

The shipping should have a tracking information. Without that we cannot hold responsible for any item that can get lost.

As soon as we receive the items we will either ship the new ones (with no added shipping cost) or we will issue the refund.

Returns will be made in the same way the payment was done, bank transfer by bank transfer, credit cards and paypal by credit card and paypal also.

Esperamos que tenha adorado a sua encomenda. Mas nos casos em que isso não acontece – ou porque os tamanhos não estão bem ou porque o estilo não era bem o que procurava – teremos o maior gosto em ajudar a trocar, enviando novo tamanho, cor ou modelo, ou fazendo a devolução.

O prazo para devolução das compras efectuadas online é de 15 dias após a recepção da sua encomenda desde que as peças estejam em perfeitas condições e não usadas. Os custos de envio da devolução é da responsabilidade do cliente, há excepção dos casos em que a devolução se deva a artigos com defeito. Os custos do novo envio, são suportados pela Piupiuchick.

Para efectivar a sua troca por favor envie email para sales@piupiuchick.com que o ajudaremos no processo de troca, ajudando na escolha dos novos tamanhos e/ou na reserva das peças pelas quais irá fazer a troca.

Depois, imprima e preencha o formulário de troca/devolução e envie juntamente com as peças a trocar ou devolver para:

Solicitamos que o envio seja feito por transporte com informação de entrega. Sem registo de entrega não nos responsabilizamos por peças que se possam perder no envio.

Assim que recebermos as peças, procederemos à troca e envio das novas peças, ou procederemos à devolução do valor das peças.

A devolução é feita pela mesma forma em que foi efectuado o pagamento, ou seja, por transferência bancária quando tiver sido feito o pagamento por transferência, ou através de refund para Cartões de Crédito ou Paypal, no caso de terem sido usados estes meios para o pagamento da encomenda.
